Lujan ADR Services
Joseph G. Lujan joined Plunkett & Cooney in 1970 and became a partner in 1977. Mr. Lujan was the managing partner of the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group before he opened his owned practice, Lujan ADR Services in February of 2006. Mr. Lujan concentrates his practice in Alternative Dispute Resultion, specializing in the areas of motor vehicle litigation, contract disputes, liquor liability, dram shop, Insurance-coverage disputes, general construction liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Lujan is a member of numerous professional organizations and has served in different capacities for various state boards and commissions, including the Attorney Grievance Commission and Attorney Discipline Board. Mr. Lujan graduated from the Detroit College of Law in 1969 and earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1961.
